As the Vanderpump Rules the reunion of season 10 is approaching, Scheana ShayThe lawyer for brought a heavy accusation against the co-star Raquel Leviss. She says she completely “sabotaged” it with her restraining order, which means the two can’t be in the same room. In a March 14 statement to PEOPLEthe lawyer criticized Raquel, 28. “The temporary restraining order, as it currently stands, currently prohibits Scheana from being within 100 yards of Rachel so they cannot both be physically present at the meeting.” Neama Rahmani says the outlet. “Rachel not only betrayed her friends, she sabotaged this meeting because it just can’t happen in any meaningful way while this order is in place.”
He added that there was no real way to modify it for the meeting. “There’s really no mechanism to change this kind of temporary civil order before the hearing, so the reunion, at least bringing them all together in person, is definitely in jeopardy,” he explained.
Raquel (whose first name is actually Rachel) filed the already infamous restraining order earlier this month after Scheana allegedly attacked her for her affair with Tom Sandoval. She also submitted photos of what she claims are bruises and a small cut that she says were caused by the encounter with Scheana. Through her attorney, Scheana denied harming Raquel.
“This case is an invention of a known liar and a cheat who betrayed all his relatives,” Neama told HollywoodLife via a publicist on March 10. “Scheana never hit Raquel, period. She went on to add that “the alleged dark marks around her left eye have been there for months. Neither Scheana nor the other cast members want anything to do with Rachel in the future. The judge only heard a one-sided account of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.
The sprawling scandal rocked the entire cast of the reality TV favorite, with Tom and his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix part ways after allegedly discovering an intimate video on Tom’s phone. In the meantime, Andy Cohen addressed the upcoming recording of the reunion during an appearance on Radio Andy. “It’s a meeting that’s going to be… I’m clenching my back“, he said.
