His “Poker Face” may have slipped.
A 2023 Oscars photographer has come under fire for apparently touching Lady Gaga’s waist without her consent.
In a now viral clip, Lady Gaga – born Stefanie Germanotta – rushed to the aid of a shooter who fell on the champagne carpet and helped him up.
The photographer, who has not yet been identified, stood up and then patted the “Born This Way” singer’s back and hips twice, which apparently earned him a glare from Gaga.
The video was posted on Twitter that night and was viewed more than 16 million times by Thursday afternoon.
“Why isn’t anyone saying anything about him touching her waist like that and she looking VERY pissed off about it,” the caption read. “She ran to help this man and he slapped her bum area like ???? she looked down in shock, I feel bad.
“Men don’t realize what it’s like for us” slammed another writer. “And how many of us just turned around on a DEAL.”
“That’s why you just laugh at men’s failures and not help them,” tweeted one more.
However, other tweeters rushed to weigh in with further observations.

“She is clearly looking at everything this lady was picking up off the floor,” said one user alongside a slowed down version of the video.
“He was literally picking himself up from a fall, I think he was kind of reaching out to the person who was helping him and steadying himself,” said another commenter. “You do too much.”
“LMAO, she just wanted to help and he just took the opportunity to harass her”, slammed a third user.

The Post has reached out to representatives for Gaga for comment.
Gaga — chapped lips, t-shirt and all — appeared at the awards show to perform “Hold My Hand” from Tom Cruise’s action flick “Top Gun: Maverick.”
