Jessica Simpson sprang from her youngest child birdie in an adorable series of photos on Instagram on Thursday, March 16. The 42-year-old actress posted a bunch of photos of herself holding her daughter and sharing sweet mother-daughter moments. In the caption, she said her daughter had taken after her in terms of musical ability and was regularly heard singing.

Jessica shared a series of photos of herself holding Birdie at what appeared to be a family event. Besides photos of herself and her daughter, they also had photos with her husband Eric Johnson, Jessica’s mom Tina, and other relatives. Jessica wore a flowing black top with a colorful pattern on it, along with hoop earrings and her hair tied in a ponytail, while her daughter wore an all-red outfit.

While Jessica has risen to fame as a popstar, it’s no surprise that her daughter is also becoming a singer. She revealed that her daughter also loves to sing in the caption. “Birdie girl is my loud beauty with a set of lungs and a voice box that could most likely break the mics and speaker,” she wrote. “Very familiar if I say so myself.”

Birdie is the youngest of Jessica and Eric’s three children. The couple also have an eldest daughter Maxwell, 10 years old and a son As, 9. Jessica often gives fans insight into her family life and shows how much she loves her three children on her social media. She toured Birdie’s bedroom in a video for Pottery Barn and talked about how the shop blends classic style perfectly. “Pottery Barn is all-American, but it also has that edgy streak,” she said in an Instagram story for the company.

Besides Birdie, Jessica also recently shared a sweet photo of herself with her mom and Maxwell as they all made an appearance on HSN (Home Shopping Network) on March 10. The three appeared to be promoting Jessica’s fashion line on the network for a “Fashion Family Affair.”
