“I don’t kiss and tell, brother!” Eric Andre said of his relationship with Emily Ratajkowski discussing the life and upcoming season of The Eric André show with rolling stones Marlow Stern. Eric, 39, admitted that his brief relationship with Emily, 31, certainly “made headlines”, especially the Valentine’s Day Instagram post where they both posed naked. “Emily appeared and took this picture,” Eric said. “I was really in the moment: I was drinking wine, she started laughing her head off and she was like, ‘I have to take a picture of this.'”

“She took the picture, we both started cracking up, and she said, ‘It’s iconic’ – she kept saying ‘iconic’. We both agreed it was a beautiful image that we had to share with the world,” Eric said. “And there wasn’t a lot of thought behind it. It was one of those things. And I think that’s art. L Art isn’t intellectual; it’s primary. It has to speak to your hormones as much as it speaks to your mind. The beauty of it was spontaneity. Spontaneity and capturing happy accidents is what art.

Emil and Eric were first linked in January, following his short-lived relationship with pete davidson. The couple caught the public’s eye with makeup sessions on the beach and walks through New York City. However, in late February, Emily was spotted on an apparent date with DJ Orazio Rispo after posting a TikTok suggesting that her and Eric’s “situation” was over.

Eric reflected on how this relationship was press fodder. “I think reflections and mythology are more interesting than reality,” he said. RS Stern before discussing how it wasn’t great to be chased by photographers and reporters. “Paparazzi killed princess diana. It’s legal harassment. There is a darkness to this. It’s borderless and quasi-abusive, you know what I mean?

“[Emily] has a right to his privacy,” Eric continued. “If she leaves her house, they are there. There should be laws behind it. Yes, they can hide behind their First Amendment rights, but I don’t think that’s what the ancestors intended. I do not care; I have nothing to hide. But it’s more about how concerned I am about his safety and the safety of others at his level who care for him. She has a child. It’s not prudent. And it’s hard to complain about that because most people say, “Fuck off, that must be fun!” But there is darkness. She handled it with grace.

Eric also talked about how some thought pieces were stunned that he could attract someone like Emily. “‘How could this happen!’ Nobody. I’m ugly. I looked like Steve Urkel for the first 20 years of my life. I think people think that attraction is only based on physical appearance, but beauty is only superficial.
